How do I purchase a ticket?

"Tickets are now on sale"! You can purchase an advanced ticket online or by calling the box office on 0871 945 9400. Tickets can also be purchased on the door on the day. FOR ADVANCE BOOKING ONLY - 2 tickets for just £15, plus fast track entry. Advance tickets can be posted to you, printed by you at home or made available for collection on the door.

How much does it cost to visit the exhibition?

Book early and receive an exceptional discount: Special offer get 2 tickets for just £15, plus fast track entry. Advance booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to your visit.

How do I get to ExCeL London?

London ExCeL is in the heart of London Docklands. Ideally located just a stone's throw away from Canary Wharf and with easy access on the Jubilee line, it is just a 5 minute taxi ride from London City Airport. ExCeL London is served by strong road, rail and air links, making it an easily accesible location for visitors from all over the world. For travel information click here

Is there any car parking at ExCeL London?

ExCeL London has large car parks directly at the venue, providing over 4,000 spaces with 150 dedicated disable parking bays. All onsite parking is pay and display, with the exception of the multi-storey car park, which is located at the west end of the site. Parking in the multi-storey car park can be paid for at one of the many pay points in the Boulevard (which accept both cash and card) or in the car park itself (by card only).

Are there any hotels near the venue?

There is a good variety of accommodation to suit all budgets in and around the ExCeL London. Are there refreshments available onsite?

The feature areas in the show will be offering exciting selection of international food and drinks.

Is my admission ticket valid for any show date?

When purchasing your ticket you need to specify on which show date you plan to attend, however, if required your ticket can still be used on any of the exhibition open days: Friday 25th April, Saturday 26th April or Sunday 27th April 2008.

I would like to attend a seminar. How do I book this?

Due to popular demand, seminar places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You are advised to turn up early to secure your place.

If I book online/by telephone how will I receive my ticket?

You can print your ticket at home. Alternatively, you can request to have your ticket(s)posted to you or be made available for you to collect at the onsite box office on the day you are attending. Tickets cannot be posted if booked less than one week prior to the date you wish to attend.

If I cannot attend for some reason, can I get a refund?

All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the organiser.

Does the venue have disabled access?

ExCeL London has been designed to facilitate unrestricted access to all disabled visitors and includes disabled toilets throughout the venue and disabled parking bays in car park. For further information on venue disable access click here.

How can I appear on the television programme A Place in the Sun?

You can audition to appear on the TV programme (and the magazine of the same name) by visiting A Place in the Sun Live. The production teams will be on hand to meet with you and discuss your requirements.

Are children allowed at the exhibition?

Children are permitted to attend. Children up to the age of 16 enter free-of-charge.
